Lead Humans.
The Future of Leadership is Human.
Traditional leadership models were built for a different world—one where consistency, control, and compliance equaled success.
But today’s workforce doesn’t want to be managed; they want to be seen, supported, and inspired.
My mission is to reimagine leadership by bringing humanity back to the center of work.
I help aspiring and new leaders grow into human-centered, authentic leaders who create fulfillment for themselves and their teams, and make work a place where people thrive.
If you’re ready to lead differently, this space is for you.
Let’s build the future of leadership together.
About Me
I know what it’s like to be thrown into leadership without a playbook.
My first leadership role started in the middle of a global pandemic—heightened emotions, full lockdowns, a remote team, a leader in another time zone, and zero training.
I learned through trial and error, finding my voice while leading seasoned professionals with strong personalities and trying to be the leader I thought I had to be: perfectly composed, always on, fixing everything. It was unsustainable.
I see many new leaders in the same position—underprepared, overwhelmed, and burning out. And their teams are watching, thinking, “If that’s leadership, I don’t want it.”
That’s why I started this blog—to reimagine what leadership can look like and help people lead human with compassion, authenticity, and confidence.
Lead Humans. Be Human.
